Come make lifelong friends at a Rewind Day event in Winchester, KY!
We often go on hikes, have cookouts, bonfires, play yard games & board games, and much more. We always love to see new faces!
(Phones must stay in your car.)
Schedule:
Rewind day/Weekend October 17-18
Location: Pilot View School - 7501 Ironworks Rd. Winchester, KY
Saturday Oct. 17th:
2:00PM - Leave your phone in your car. (Or turn it off during the hike)
2:00PM - Hike at Raven Run (Meet in parking lot at 3885 Raven Run Wy, Lexington, KY 40515) (Or go to Battle Axes in Lexington IF it rains. Confirm with
Jezreel for final decision if it looks like it might rain)
4:45PM - Head to Dinner at Queso Times in Winchester (1452 W Lexington Ave, Winchester, KY) Food not included in Ticket.
5:30PM - Dinner at Queso Times (NOT included in ticket)
6:45PM - Head to Pilot View School (7501 Ironworks Rd. Winchester, KY). Bring camp chairs, board games, yard games, and Retro clothes/costume (if you wanna be a real one)
7:00PM – Bonfire
7:00PM - Retro Costume Night: Wear clothes from any pre-2000's era, and we mean "ANY". Get creative!
8:00PM – Bill’s vinyl music show & watch cartoons on 1940s film projector on the Gym Patio.
8:30PM – Dancing on Patio behind the gym
11PM - Head to home/hotel
Sunday Oct. 18th:
8:30am - Leave your phone in your car as soon as you arrive.
8:30am - Breakfast in Cafeteria (included in ticket) (Cooked by Lisa Carwile)
10:30am - Talk about Phone addiction/Mental Health in Sanctuary
10:30am - Kid's Class with Vanetta Farrell
12:00PM - Free time (Available activities: Yard games like Cornhole/spikeball, Ping-Pong, Board Games (Bring your own if you would like to share).
1:00PM - Lunch in Cafeteria (included in ticket)
1:30PM till 2:30pm – Live Music in Pavillion by Abby Rank
2:00PM - Escape Room by Josh Allen (SEE JOSH FOR SIGNUP) (Gym will be closed off entirely unless it rains)
2:00PM - Free time (Indoor/Outdoor activities: Volleyball, Cornhole, spikeball Ping-Pong, Board Games (Bring your own if you would like to share)
6:00PM - Dinner in Cafeteria (included in ticket) (Cooked by Carl & Mary)
7:30PM - Clean up Facility (Sweep/Mop Cafeteria, wash dishes, Sweep gym, Pick up trash)
10:00PM - Head Home
